April 2010: HMRC boss Dave Hartnett and review head Simon Norris answer questions from Jayne Constantinis about developments in the industry – HMRC want to woo tax advisers to – presumably – make them easer to deal with. The project is called the “Working with Tax Agents” consultation programme.

The programme is sponsored by HMRC and Jayne Constantinis all but gives Dave Hartnett a foot rub in this very unchallenging intervew – in fact I think we can call this HMRC propaganda with a degree of certainty.
