The good people at 38 Degrees reminding us of 12 organisations that would really rather avoid paying the full amount of tax this Christmas.

These corporations are all using schemes that you’d think would be illegal but would appear not to be – thanks to some rather stunning loopholes.

While here and now we have thousands of individuals who were involved in in umbrella tax plans that they believed were legitimate but HMRC now says were not.
