HMRC gun for tax planning schemes – a second letter
More correspondence here from a reader who has received one of the “Penfolds” letters.
Thousands of taxpayers all around the country have been sent similar letters – all believed that they were involved in totally legitimate tax planning schemes. But what does it actually mean? Is it just a standard letter, how afraid should you be and what action should you take if this effects you?
I’m considering writing an eBook which collects these letters and gives a paragraph by paragraph break-down of what it means and what is between the lines. Is this of interest? Would you pay £10 for it? If you are interested drop me an email via the contact page.
